Compatibility

To ensure you receive a quality build that meets our high standards, we are as selective about our clients as you are about your builder. Our director and builder Steve will organise a time to meet with you one on one to make sure this will be a compatible and open relationship. Ekon Homes does not just build for anybody. Once we have established the relationship, we welcome you into the quoting stage.

Quoting and acceptance

Based on your requirements, we will quote on your build. We will also make recommendations to help you achieve your goals.

On acceptance of the quote, the fun then begins…

Construction

During the construction process, Ekon Homes ensures that you will receive one to one service from our builder himself and you will not be dealing with any other employee.

We offer advice and can refer you to various external personnel to help with each stage of the building and design process.

Once your project is complete, we can guarantee you will be satisfied with not only the end product but also the service you have received.

Value

We are a low volume, high quality builder that can deliver you any type of dwelling. We include quality upgrades and personal service that you won’t find with big name builders. We go beyond just meeting the minimum requirements of structural stability and finishing touches. We build your dream.
